Shipping policy

We strive to ship all new, in-stock items within 2 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Used items may take additional time to process and ship. If you need specific details about a used item’s shipping timeline, please contact us directly.

Tracking numbers are provided via email as soon as your order is shipped.

For security purposes, certain orders may require verification, including scanned copies of identification documents or confirmation from your credit card provider.

Order Policy

Please ensure all information is entered accurately during checkout to avoid delays. For credit card payments, your billing address must match the address associated with your payment method exactly. We recommend using the same address for shipping to speed up order processing.

Shipping Address Requirements

Include apartment, suite, or unit numbers if applicable.
For oversized items (e.g., boards, large kites), a physical address is required—UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. Consider providing an address where someone can receive the package to prevent it from being left unattended.

Domestic (Contiguous US) - Free Shipping on orders over $99*

We offer free standard domestic shipping through USPS Priority Mail or FedEx for qualifying orders over $99 (some exclusions apply). Orders using this method will be shipped via FedEx, USPS Priority Mail, First Class, or Parcel Post, depending on the most cost-effective option.

Please note:

Free shipping does not include insurance and may not always come with tracking information.
Orders shipping to PO Boxes must be sent via USPS and are not eligible for free shipping (exceptions may apply for larger orders).

We now ship to Canada! Some products may also ship from our EU warehouse for faster regional delivery.

APO, FPO, and DPO Shipping

For military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), please email us with the subject “Request Shipping Quote - Military Address” during checkout. We’ll provide a shipping cost estimate based on your location.
